Shipping Policy

At Femme & Fawn, each order is prepared with care and attention. We want your pieces to arrive safely, beautifully, and in a timely manner.

Where We Ship

At this time, Femme & Fawn ships within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping transit time shown at checkout.

During busy seasons, collection launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as each order is carefully prepared.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method for your order.

Available shipping options may include USPS and/or UPS, depending on the items in your order and your delivery address.

Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, carrier volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information via your provided email. Please check you junk folder if you do not see it. 

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping label has been created.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Femme & Fawn is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the carrier directly using the information provided in your shipping confermation email. 

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to help you locate it or assist with the next steps.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Femme & Fawn is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Femme & Fawn due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you once the package is received.

Additional shipping fees may apply if you would like the order resent.
