Return Policy

At Femme & Fawn, we honor the beauty of individuality and the joy of discovery. Each piece is selected with care—whether it's new, pre-loved, or vintage—meant to be adored. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help, while also honoring our values of sustainability and mindful operations as a small boutique.


Return Window

We accept returns within 15 days of your purchase date. To be eligible, your return request must be initiated within this window.


Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns on eligible items that meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered with all original tags attached.

  • Footwear: Must be returned in original condition, inside the original shoebox.

  • Clean Try-On Reminder: To preserve garments, please try on clothing only when you are clean and free of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or self-tanner. Any signs of wear or transfer may result in a denied return.


Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Hair accessories

  • Earrings and undergarments

  • Makeup, skincare, body care, and teas

  • Items marked as Final Sale at time of purchase

  • Pre-loved and vintage treasures (each one thoughtfully curated and one-of-a-kind)

  • All international orders


Lost/Stolen Gift Cards & Credits

Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost or stolen merchandise credits or e-gift cards. Please treat them like cash.


Price Adjustments

We do not offer retroactive price adjustments on previously purchased items.


E-Gift Cards

E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and never expire. They are final sale.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method as Femme & Fawn is not responsible for items lost in transit.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at contact@femmeandfawn.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions for sending your item back.

  3. Returns sent without authorization or outside the return window may be refused and returned to sender.


Refunds

Once we lovingly inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days to the original form of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
