Our Return Policy

We want you to completely love everything you discover at Femme & Fawn. If a piece isn't quite right, we are happy to help you process a return within 15 days of delivery. Items returned after this window may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or store credit, your items must meet a few basic conditions. Please ensure your returns are:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Returned in their original condition with all tags securely attached

  • Packaged in the original shoebox for all footwear

  • Free from marks, stains, or odors, including makeup, deodorant, perfume, or self-tanner

Final Sale Items

For health, safety, and quality reasons, certain carefully curated items cannot be returned. Non-returnable final sale items include:

  • Makeup, cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products

  • Tea and edible products

  • Earrings and hair accessories

  • Undergarments

  • Vintage or pre-loved items

  • Items explicitly marked as Final Sale and E-Gift Cards

How to Initiate a Return

We process returns through our Shopify portal to make things as easy as possible. Customers with accounts can simply log in and initiate a return directly through their order history. If you checked out as a guest, please email us at contact@femmeandfawn.com with your order number, and we will guide you through the process.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions and a pre-paid USPS return label. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a flat-rate return shipping fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the cost of the label.

Exchanges

Because our curated inventory moves quickly, we do not process direct exchanges. The best way to secure the item or size you want is to return your original order for a refund and place a fresh order for the replacement piece.

Refunds and Damaged Items

Refunds are processed to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned items. If your item was a gift, your return will be issued as store credit so you can pick out something new.
